It’s simple, before their arrival at the resort, the detox concierge is tasked with the important job of “cleaning” the suite by removing the Internet connection and flat-screen TV from the room, replacing them with classic books and board games.
Then, upon arrival, the detox concierge takes care of removing all personal electronic devices (phone, laptop, iPad, PSP, etc.) by storing them in a secure location.
