El ritmo es m\u00e1s lento, con concentraci\u00f3n y control de la respiraci\u00f3n, y practicamos diferentes posturas que mantenemos m\u00e1s o menos tiempo (al menos 1&#8217;30 a 3 minutos)<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Vinyasa<\/strong> busca conectar la respiraci\u00f3n con el movimiento, y tiende a tener un ritmo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. En este tipo de pr\u00e1ctica, los movimientos son continuos, hay un \u00abflujo\u00bb, una secuencia de movimientos que se suceden entre s\u00ed. Fortalece el sistema cardiovascular y los m\u00fasculos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hatha-Vinyasa<\/strong> busca conectar estas 2 pr\u00e1cticas en una sola.
