If you write to us by email: your address and the content of your message, only to reply to you. The site does not have a booking form, as the establishment is closed for renovation.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics), only if you accept it: pages viewed, type of device, approximate origin, in statistical form.
Advertising (Google Ads, Google AdSense), only if you accept it for personalized advertising; otherwise, the displayed ads are not personalized.
Technical data necessary for the security and proper functioning of the site (IP address, server and firewall logs).

Audience measurement and advertising cookies are only placed after your consent, collected via the banner displayed during your first visit.
