We had a happy stay at Bounty Lodge. There is a beautiful view from our deck and the grounds are well kept. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The hosts are kind and informative.

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the bungalows. Cédric and Poe are lovely. We liked the very airy room with an unobstructed view of the street and a piece of Moorea. The bedding is very good. Everything is functional. The place is quiet. Don’t be afraid of the chaotic road that then allows us to be quiet above. We had a great stay and will certainly return during our next stay.

What an amazing place to stay in Tahiti! It’s away from all the tourist and beautiful. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and were available to help anytime day or night. They offered lots of information and directions about local attractions and would even call places for us since we didn’t speak French. The bungalows were beautiful overlooking the ocean. Someone wrote that it’s very steep getting up to the house, but it’s no steeper than the hills in downtown Seattle. Have to climb a little to stay at a place with incredible views. No problem in an automatic or manual small car or large vehicle. There is a nice beach directly across the road and it’s situated in a perfect area to see all the attractions and beaches. The best grocery store nearby is Hyper U and is only a 5 minute drive. You can buy cheap fresh fish there and cook on the gas stove or they have grills for you to use. My kids pretty much had the pool to themselves. This is where I would always return to unless I had the money to stay in a bungalow on the water. We had a beautiful and pleasant stay in one of the bungalows at Bounty Lodge, we were able to rest and enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and ocean. The proximity to the city is convenient, despite the steep climb to access it, but that’s normal, the lodge is located high up in the mountains, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent unobstructed view, we even saw whales from the terrace of our bungalow.

Poe made every effort to make our stay as easy as possible. They moved beds around in order for us to sleep 6 individual adults in the 3 rooms, provided electric fans for each room and generally could not have been more helpful. We were not on holiday, so our needs are slightly different, but they were so easy to communicate and deal with.
The house is at the top of the road with a lovely view out to sea, its quiet and the only people you see are those heading to the 3 little bungalows in the same plot. We rented one of these for a few days as well, which worked well.
The large bath in the main bedroom at the top of the house was a hit and you can sun bath in private on the main bedroom balcony, should you wish.
The kitchen is well appointed too.
All in all a great set up and the pool is lovely and refreshing.

This lodge has a magnificent swimming pool with an ocean view. The services were excellent and the host generous. I recommend this lodge because I think it is the best value for money you can find near Tahiti.

Absolutely loved this airbnb, the hosts were beyond amazing and the view in beautiful. I would reccomend it to everyone. Such a delightful location with a panoramic view of the ocean. Kitchen has everything you will need too.

Location: The Bungalow is in Arue – Perfect spot between the city and Beaches. The Harbour, shops and Restaurants are close. Outstanding is the beautiful view to the Ocean and Moorea. Sun is all day at the balcony and we enjoyed the pool and the quiet enviorement to chill. Home: The Bungalow is very new and clean. Nice equipped with a big closet and separate shower and toilet. The outside kitchen has everything we needed, we enjoyed cooking here. Free parking is offered and easy to access, because you will need a car to Get up. Laundry and dryer are free to use which is very cool. Hosts: very lovely couple. Always there to help and recommend nice spots and what to See on Tahiti. We really enjoyed our stay at Bounty Lodge and had a amazing Time! Thank you!

Our family stay in the Bounty villa was perfect, the view is magnificent, the swimming pool superb and at the right temperature. We spent 3 wonderful weeks at the Bounty Lodge. The hosts are both very available and discreet. They take into consideration each positive or negative remark from their customers to constantly improve the Bounty. The bungalows are clean, functional, nicely decorated. Plus the swimming pool and the magnificent view!
The road is steep to get there (provide a means of transport) but you get used to it quickly and it allows you to have this view. As for the roosters crowing all the time and the dogs walking around, it just represents the charm of Tahiti, it’s like that everywhere!
